The gardenview units are most affordable if craning your neck around the lanai railing for a ‘peek a boo’ oceanview is acceptable. Beachront property w/pool, gas grills & community laundry.

RESERVATION POLICY

• Deposits required within 14 days to guarantee. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival. VISA & MASTERCARD gladly accepted.
  
  
• Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival, Christmas – 60 days prior to arrival
  
  
• All reservations subject to State taxes of 11.42%
  
  
• Discount of 10% for stays of 30 days or longer
  
  
• Commission of 10% to qualified Travel Agent – IATA# required
  
  
• 5 night minimum stay or additional cleaning fee may apply
  
  
• Room numbers can only be guaranteed at time of checkin. A Room with a View Maui Condos reserves the right to change room assignments in advance in case of emergency. Comparable accommodations would then be provided.
