6 story complex about halfway down the road. Studios face West Maui Mts. 1 & 2 bedroom units are oceanfront & oceanview. Nice pool area gas grills & grassy picnic area w/ tables. All units have washer/dryers & assigned parking and many are equipped with A/C. This is one of my favorite properties for purchasing because of the low maintenance fees, the view from the front units & the management of the building. Also this is one of the few buildings that has A/C.
