One of the ‘hottest’ rental properties in Ma’alaea. All 2 bedroom 2 bath units. Property is located on the beach. Beachfront units are mostly unobstructed oceanfront views except for, maybe, an occasional palm fron. Oceanview units look out over seductive Polynesian grounds. Heated waterfalled pool, beachside shower & BBQ’s. This is one of my favorite properties. Great place for families w/children since beach is within steps from any unit. Also very popular for our ‘snowbirds’ who travel great distances to get warm, some of whom have been returning for 20+ years. Prices tend to be higher because of the beach access, the size of the units & the demand for rentals.
