Situated next to the park & located on the beach. This complex has only 24 units, very few of which are oceanfront. Many overlook the park w/a partial oceanview. Most groundfloor units tend to have garden views (image to right). Nevertheless, prices are slightly higher because of the beach, the number of units available and the demand for rentals.
